The NLP for the Broken Hearted Hypnosis Course comprises four guided meditations which work with issues that people experiencing break up often experience. About the program designer

Peter Campbell is an NLP Master Practitioner, who has used these techniques extensively to help clients overcome depression. Peter was drawn to NLP after using several of the techniques to deal with traumatic experiences in his own life and to overcome his own depression. He has been working as a consultant since 2010 and written articles and two books on different aspects of NLP and popular psychology.

    I had a bad break up a couple of years ago and found it really hard to move on. I felt a lot of anger and animousity and I was constantly thinking about her.
